RESEARCH. Technological regulations were developed to increase the productivity of the Uchalinsk beneficiation plant from 4 to 6.5 million tons of ore per year. The technological scheme of the flotation section was optimized.
DESIGN. The design and working documentation for reconstruction of the Uchalinsk beneficiation plant with increase in productivity to 6.5 million tons of ore per year was developed. The RIVS Company served as the General designer.
EQUIPMENT. Replacement of outdated equipment with RIF flotation machines, as well as delivery of flotation machines for the new section. In general, RIF flotation machines with volumes of 8.5m3, 16 m3, 25 m3, 45 m3 and contact tanks with volumes of 25 m3 and 40 m3 were delivered to the factory, all the equipment was equipped with automation systems.
The company's productivity was increased from 8,2 million to 20 million tons per year. The reconstruction was carried out without stopping production
