RESEARCH. The beneficiation technology of copper and copper-zinc ores of the Yubileiny deposit was developed.

DESIGN. When designing the Khaibullin plant, a comparison of ore preparation schemes based on layout solutions and calculations of possible capital and operating costs was performed. Two competing options for organization of the ore preparation unit were considered: the traditional one with the use of three-stage crushing and the option with the use of semi-self-grinding mills (SSG). The comparison of technological schemes of enrichment based on the results of the study of the concentrability of copper and copper-zinc ores was also performed.

EQUIPMENT. The RIF flotation machines for all flotation operations, contact tanks and other equipment were installed in the main building
