RESEARCH. Technological regulations were developed to increase the output of gold in gold-containing concentrate.
DESIGN. Working documentation of the 1st and 2nd stages of flotation, thickening and dosing of MMC-3 reagents with delivery of a set of equipment and automation systems with increase in productivity of 6.4 million tons per year.
EQUIPMENT. The 2nd stage of the flotation section was built with installation of RIF-70TS flotation machines in inter-cycle flotation operations. The flotation equipment was upgraded with replacement of standard aeration units with aeration complexes of the “RIF” type
The company's productivity was increased from 25 million to 32 million tons per year. The reconstruction was carried out without stopping production.
