Hydrocyclones and hydrocyclone batteries

Hydrocyclones are designed for classification and enrichment of fine materials in the water environment by hydraulic size, thickening and deslimation of enrichment products.

 DESIGN FEATURES:

• height adjustment of the cylindrical part of the hydrocyclone by means of an evolvent power input and the presence of easily removable lined inserts;
• battery-powered hydrocyclone installations increase productivity due to providing common power, discharge and sand handling systems;
• automated control system of the pump- hydrocyclone installation ensures high efficiency of hydrocyclone operation.
