The engineering teams as part of RIVS develop all the necessary documentation to provide the facility with energy resources, including:

• power supply,
• water supply (including external and internal fire extinguishing),
• water disposal,
• heat supply,
• steam supply,
• heating,
• ventilation and air conditioning, including outdoor networks and structures.

The complex of engineering solutions also includes the development of heat points, storm and domestic sewage treatment plants, pumping stations for water supply and sewerage, reservoirs, water towers, automation systems and warning and alarm systems.
