Automatic system of analytical monitoring

The automatic system of analytical monitoring ASAK-RIVS is an integrated set of equipment, software and hardware, methodological, mathematical and metrological tools that allows you to perform:

• representative testing of the required number of technological products in accordance with the requirements of GOST 14180-80, operational analysis of their material composition, as well as preparation of cumulative balance samples and samples for calibration and control of pulp analyzers;
• automatic control of devices for selecting, delivering, and generating express and accumulated (control, shift, and balance) samples of controlled products;
• automatic management of express analysis analytical equipment with processing, displaying, storing and transmitting analysis results to consumers.

ASAK-RIVS consists of the automatic system for testing pulp products (ASOPP) and the analytical complex (AK) based on a multi-cuvette pulp analyzer.
