RESEARCH. A full audit of the ANOF-3 operation was carried out with recommendations for improving technological indicators and reducing the cost of processing mineral raw materials at ANOF-3
DESIGN. Technical documentation was developed for installation of magnetic separators in KPNK ANOF-2 for removal of aegirine from nepheline concentrate. Documentation was developed for changing the storage flows of different-quality products of the ANOF-2 nepheline production in silos.
EQUIPMENT. RIF contact tanks were delivered. ANOF-3 flotation section was upgraded.
The company's productivity was increased from 25 million to 32 million tons per year. The reconstruction was carried out without stopping production.
