RESEARCH. In 2013 a technological audit of the beneficiation plants No. 1 and No. 2 was conducted, where optimization of the technological scheme was proposed. In 2019 a technological regulation was developed for reconstruction of the beneficiation plant during transition to processing of copper-zinc ores of promising production.

DESIGN. In 2013 documentation of the working project for the modernization of production was developed. In 2018 a working project was developed for reconstruction of the processing plant during transition to the processing of copper-zinc ores of promising production. A positive conclusion of the state expert examination of the Republic of Kazakhstan was received.

EQUIPMENT. In 2013 flotation machines of 8.5m³, 45 m³, 70 m³, equipment for pulp preparation as well as the necessary automation tools were delivered. In 2019 16 m³ and 70 m³ flotation machines, 25 m³ and 65 m³ contact tanks, reagent dosing devices and a comprehensive automation system were delivered. The KCH-50 contact tanks were also upgraded to the chambers of the RIF-50TS flotation machine.
