RIF aeration units

RIF aeration units are designed for flotation machines of the RIF brand and modernization of the flotation machines from the other manufacturers.

Modernization of the flotation unit with the use of the RIF aerator allows to improve technological indicators:

• improve quality of concentrates;
• reduce losses in the tails;
• reduce the flotation capacity;
• increased productivity along the pulp flow.

The RIF aeration unit forms a calm foam layer with continuous removal and allows you to float particles of a wide range of sizes, including the class of +0.2 mm or more. The increase in the amount of finely dispersed air by 30% compared to analogues is due to the applied methods of air dispersion and vertical pulp circulation.
